Complete detailed financial analysis including revenue testing
Prepare and draft exhaustive due diligence reports




Validate revenue to cash with reconciliations
Assist in preparing closing statements and calculations
Provide audit support and transition packages for integrations Requirements:
CPA certification required
4–7 years of experience in audit or corporate accounting
M&A; transaction exposure preferred
