Responsibilities
Patrol designated areas regularly to maintain safety and security standards
Monitor surveillance equipment such as CCTV cameras to detect suspicious activity or breaches
Control access points by verifying identification and authorizations for employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors
Conduct routine inspections of premises to prevent theft, vandalism, or unauthorized entry
Respond promptly to alarms or incidents, coordinating with emergency responders when necessary
Document all security activities through detailed reports and logs for accountability and review
Assist in loss prevention efforts by observing and reporting potential risks or thefts
Requirements
Prior experience in law enforcement, security, or related fields is highly desirable
Strong knowledge of surveillance techniques and CCTV operation
Ability to remain alert and attentive during long shifts in various settings
Excellent communication skills for clear reporting and interaction with team members and visitors
Demonstrated understanding of loss prevention strategies and emergency procedures
