We are a 3rd-party transportation and logistics company looking to grow our sales team. Offering an inside sales and customer service position. Tasks include, but are not limited to:
Follow up with idle customer accounts
Call and email leads from an existing client database
Nurture leads and maintain a sales account
Creating and managing lead reports
Achieve and consistently exceed sales goals
Assess and resolve customer concerns. Offer solutions to help grow active accounts

Requirements
Bilingualism: French & English
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills

Practical skills
Experience in transport-related industry
Knowledge of North American geography
