Role DescriptionWe are looking for a Creative Services Specialist, reporting to the Senior Manager, Creative Services, to support the development and execution of high-quality visual and multimedia assets across the organization. This position plays a key role in bringing the SIMA and IIFA brands to life through consistent, professional, and engaging design across digital, print, social, event, and video channels. Working closely with the Creative Services team and internal stakeholders, the Creative Services Specialist produces on-brand creative materials that support communications, public affairs, events, and digital initiatives, while contributing to the efficiency and effectiveness of the Creative Services function. Responsibilities Creative Production & Design Design and produce visual assets for: Digital and print newsletters and publications. Event materials (invitations, signage, presentations, on-site assets). Social media visuals and digital campaign assets. Infographics and charts to support research and policy content. Website visuals and templates, in collaboration with the Senior Manager.



Support basic video editing and multimedia production, including formatting, captioning, and light motion graphics. Adapt and resize creative assets for multiple platforms and formats. Brand & Quality Assurance Apply SIMA and IIFA brand guidelines consistently across all materials. Use established templates and design systems to ensure efficiency and consistency. Flag inconsistencies or issues related to brand application and accessibility. Ensure accuracy, quality, and professionalism in all creative outputs. Digital Assets & Tools Prepare files for digital distribution, web use, and print production. Maintain organized project files, version control, and digital asset storage. Use and support Creative Services tools and platforms (e.G., Adobe Creative Suite, shared asset libraries). Stay current with basic design, digital, and multimedia best practices. Collaboration & Workflow Support Work closely with Communications, Public Affairs, Events, and Digital teams to understand creative needs and timelines. Respond to creative requests in a timely and organized manner, managing multiple priorities. Support the Senior Manager, Creative Services during peak periods and major initiatives. Incorporate feedback efficiently while maintaining brand standards and design integrity. RequirementsPost-secondary degree or diploma in graphic design, digital media, visual communications, or a related field. 2 – 5 years of experience in a design or creative services role. Strong portfolio demonstrating digital, print,



and social design work. Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop); video editing experience is an asset. Familiarity with designing for digital platforms and content management systems. Ability to translate feedback and direction into polished creative outputs. DesiredStrong attention to detail and visual consistency. Well-organized and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Cooperative and responsive to feedback. Member service–oriented mindset. Solid design and aesthetic judgment. Adaptable and comfortable working in a matrixed environment. Professional, reliable, and solutions focused. The base salary for this position ranges from $50,000/year up to $60,000/year and is bonus eligible. The starting base salary offered is based on a number of factors and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
