If you're excited by the future of HR, where data, systems, equity, and employee experience come together this role offers meaningful responsibility, visibility, and room to grow.What makes this role excitingBe at the heart of People and Culture operations, supporting the full employee lifecycle.Use data and analytics to inform workforce, compensation, and equity-related decisions.Help modernize HR through systems optimization, automation, and responsible use of technology and AI.Play a key role in the implementation and ongoing optimization of DayforceWork in a mission-driven organization where your work directly supports frontline impact.What you'll be responsible forSupporting onboarding, benefits, pension enrolment, and employee records with a strong focus on accuracy, service,



and confidentiality.Maintaining and optimizing HR data and systems to ensure reliable reporting and high-quality insightsPreparing and analyzing HR metrics related to recruitment, retention, compensation, DEI, and workforce trends.Building dashboards and automating reports to support executive and operational decision-making.Acting as a key resource for HRIS functionality, documentation, and data integritySupporting process improvement, technology adoption, and AI-enabled efficiencies within HR.Collaborating closely with the People and Culture team to ensure smooth, compliant, and responsive operations.Who this role is forYou are detail-oriented, analytical, and people-centred. You enjoy working behind the scenes to make systems run better and decisions clearer. You bring curiosity, discretion, and a strong sense of responsibility when working with sensitive information.You'll thrive in this role if you:Enjoy bringing structure to complex, fast-moving environmentsAre curious about data, systems, and continuous improvementCare deeply about equity, integrity, and the human side of HRYou likely bring:3–5 years of experience in HR administration, HR analytics, and HR systems supportExperience working with HRIS platforms (Dayforce experience is an asset).Robust Excel and reporting skills, with interest in dashboards and automation.An understanding of HR processes and a desire to improve how they work.A commitment to confidentiality, inclusion,



and ethical people practices.A growth mindset and interest in how technology and AI are shaping the future of HRHours of WorkMonday to Friday each week, primarily between office hours of 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
