At least 5 of these years have been focused on partnering with technical leaders/organizations, ideally within a technology company. You have experience in driving change management, leadership changes, organization design, talent strategy, performance management, coaching, executive relationship building, etc.Problem Solver: You have an analytical mindset and a deep understanding of organizational dynamics. You uncover root causes and use data, technology, and tools (e.G., AI) and experience-informed intuition to guide your approach.Owner: You align people initiatives to strategic priorities, balancing short-term business needs with long-term organizational health.
