We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products to potential customers, providing exceptional service, and building lasting relationships. Duties
Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products.
Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and perks.
Utilize effective phone etiquette to communicate with clients and follow up on leads.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions when discussion jewellery repair or design
Manage time efficiently to balance multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed recommendations.





Requirements
Background in retail sales is a plus.
Strong English communication skills
Ability to sell effectively while demonstrating products confidently.
Excellent time management skills to handle various responsibilities efficiently.
A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a rapid-paced environment.
Social media knowledge would be a strong asset
