Duties
Greet customers and provide expert assistance on product selection
Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems for transactions including cash handling, credit card processing, and e-commerce orders
Maintain attractive merchandise displays through effective merchandising techniques to maximize sales opportunities
Assist with inventory management by organizing stock, restocking shelves, and conducting regular stock checks
Support store cleanliness and organization to create an inviting shopping environment
Requirements




Prior experience with POS systems, cashiering, or retail sales is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm to learn is key!
Strong communication skills in English
Excellent organizational skills to manage merchandising displays and stock levels effectively
Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly while maintaining attention to detail
Passion for customer service with a proactive attitude towards helping shoppers find solutions
Willingness to work flexible hours in a fast-paced retail workplace.
