We are seeking a motivated and friendly Retail Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and a solid ability to communicate effectively with customers. This role involves assisting customers with their purchases, maintaining store appearance/stock, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Ideally, someone who would also be available during the day and on occasional weekends! Hours available would be anywhere from 4 - 25 /week!

Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and provide assistance in locating products.
Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when handling customer inquiries.
Process transactions accurately using the POS system.
Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor by restocking merchandise and arranging displays.
Utilize time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during busy and slow periods.




Engage with customers to promote sales and upsell products when appropriate.
Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and efficiently.
Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and maintain a positive work workplace.

Experience
Previous retail or sales experience is preferred but not required.
Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and keep the store orderly.
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
A friendly demeanor with a focus on providing outstanding customer service.
