Sales Executive – Smoke & Convenience Store

We are looking for a motivated and friendly Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for increasing sales, helping customers, building relationships with business clients, and promoting our products.

Responsibilities
Find and contact new business customers.
Build and maintain good relationships with existing customers.
Promote and sell our store products to customers and businesses.
Make sales calls and follow up with potential customers.
Help customers choose the right products based on their needs.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Keep track of customer orders and follow-ups.
Stay up to date with recent products, promotions, and pricing.
Provide excellent customer service.
Work with the team to achieve overall sales goals.

Requirements




Previous sales or customer service experience preferred.
Positive communication and people skills.
Confident and comfortable speaking with customers.
Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic computer skills.
Experience in a smoke shop, convenience store, wholesale, or retail business is an asset.
Must be legally eligible to work and meet all applicable age requirements for the products sold.
