Join Toronto Rock Lacrosse Inc. as the Retail Operations Manager and oversee merchandise at our Oakville, ON location. Drive sales and manage inventory for a premier sports brand. This full time role reports to the Vice President of Business Operations and entails leading the Toronto Rock merchandise shops, e-commerce, and game day operations.

A successful candidate will develop merchandising plans and analyze retail metrics while enhancing team performance and overseeing budgets. Your expertise in retail management will contribute to maximizing revenue and fan engagement. Key Responsibilities:
Develop seasonal merchandise plans and budgets
Oversee game day retail operations and staffing
Manage the e-commerce platform for accurate listings




Analyze retail performance metrics and optimize products
Ensure compliance with NLL licensing requirements Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
3+ years in retail merchandising, preferably in sports
Robust vendor negotiation and product development skills
Proficiency in retail metrics and e-commerce systems
Adaptable availability, including evenings and weekends Utilize your retail expertise to enhance the Toronto Rock brand and drive merchandise success.
