Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Retail Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and sales, with the ability to provide exceptional shopping experiences for our customers.
Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
Provide product information, demonstrate product features, and conduct product demos
Process sales transactions accurately using a Point of Sale (POS) system
Utilize upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities
Maintain a clean and organized store environment
Assist in restocking merchandise and monitoring inventory levels
Skills
Robust customer service skills with the ability to engage and assist customers effectively
Multilingual abilities are a plus to cater to diverse customer needs
Proficiency in basic math for handling transactions and calculating discounts
Experience in upselling products to increase sales revenue
Knowledge of technical sales aspects to explain product specifications clearly
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Ability to conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits
