Our client is looking for a detail-oriented, hands-on Sales Administrator to support their small sales team with order processing, shipping, and logistics documentation. This role combines desk-based admin work and physical, in office tasks.

What You’ll Do
Support the sales team with day-to-day admin and order processing
Prepare and organize sales and shipping documentation (order confirmations, packing lists, export paperwork)
Coordinate domestic and international shipments
Communicate with customers about order status, deliveries, and shipping requirements
Track inventory as it moves between locations
Help pack, move, and ship goods (including palletized shipments) during busy periods
Follow procedures for secure storage and maintain accurate records
Pitch in with other duties as required in a small, growing company

What They’re Looking For
2+ years’ experience in sales support, administration, logistics, or a related role
Robust organizational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable handling documentation, tracking, and basic spreadsheets (MS Office)
Transparent,



professional written and verbal communication in English (French an asset)
Self-starter who works well independently from a home office and with a remote team
Able to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
Eligible for Canadian Security Clearance

Location: Primarily remote to start, with regular visits to head office (east end Ottawa).
