This role involves maintaining job descriptions, implementing new advantages programs, and ensuring compliance with data systems like Success Factors. You'll assist on various projects that contribute to the overall Total Rewards strategy. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct analysis for benchmarking compensation practices
Maintain JDX database accuracy
Support compensation survey submissions
Ensure data accuracy in HR systems
Process relevant invoices and payments Requirements:
University degree in Business or HR required
Minimum of 3 years of related experience
Must have hands-on experience with SuccessFactors
Robust attention to detail and accuracy
Proficient in MS Office applications Drive impactful changes in compensation practices and foster an engaging workplace setting with your analytical capabilities.
