Enhance workplace safety in HR with the Safety Human Resources Specialist role. This position focuses on injury management, compliance, and supporting a secure, productive workplace. As a key member of the HR team, the Safety Human Resources Specialist will oversee workers’ compensation administration while performing core HR functions. You will manage employee records, coordinate recruitment, and assist in onboarding processes.
Your role will also include supporting safety audits, compliance activities, and promoting a culture of injury prevention. Key Responsibilities:
Champion the company’s vision and values in all actions
Lead recruitment processes from job postings to interviews
Maintain accuracy of employee records in HRIS systems
Administer workers’ compensation claims and incident reporting
Facilitate monthly safety training and maintain compliance Requirements:
Experience in HR and workplace safety management
Knowledge of workers’ compensation regulations
Robust organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to administer safety programs effectively
Familiarity with environmental compliance regulations Support a culture of safety and compliance as a Safety Human Resources Specialist.
