We are seeking a room runner for a busy Dermatology office.

Duties
Greet and check-in patients, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience

-Ensure exam rooms are ready for next patient and bring patients in to room,
Direct inquiries to the appropriate staff members
Ensure cleanliness and organization of the reception area , waiting room, exam rooms

-Restock supplies where needed in the clinic

Requirements
Previous experience working in a medical or dental office setting is preferred but not required
Solid organizational skills with attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Clean criminal record check
