Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our retail team. The ideal candidate will excel in providing exceptional customer service, demonstrating products, and driving sales through effective communication and upselling techniques. Duties
Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs
Engage in upselling by recommending additional products or accessories to enhance customer satisfaction
Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities
Maintain merchandising standards on the sales floor, ensuring products are well-organized and visually appealing
Handle customer inquiries via phone or in person with professionalism and clear communication skills
Support inventory management and restocking efforts as needed
Ensure excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues,



and maintaining a positive shopping experience

Qualifications
Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette and active listening abilities
Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering, cash handling, and basic math skills for transactions
Demonstrated ability to perform product demos and explain technical features clearly
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently in a quick-paced setting
Customer service-oriented mindset with a friendly and skilled demeanor
Ability to work well within a team while also independently managing responsibilities
Prior experience in merchandising, upselling, and retail sales is preferred
