Job Summary

Duties
Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting menu items or products with enthusiasm and professionalism
Prepare and assemble food orders efficiently, ensuring quality and presentation meet company standards
Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, accurately handling cash, credit card transactions, and receipts
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, counters, utensils, and equipment in compliance with food safety regulations
Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve multiple customers promptly without compromising service quality
Upsell menu items or products to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales opportunities




Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and hygiene standards are upheld at all times

Experience
Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred
Familiarity with POS systems or similar cash register technology is advantageous
Demonstrated ability to manage time efficiently during peak hours while maintaining excellent customer service skills
Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation standards, and basic math for cash handling and transaction accuracy
Experience with food preparation tasks including assembling orders, portion control, and basic kitchen duties is a plus
Strong communication skills with a focus on serving customers courteously and professionally
Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a quick-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
