As the Manager of Employment Programs, you’ll oversee the daily operations of CURRENT's Integrated Employment Services. Your entrepreneurial mindset and leadership in a energetic environment are vital for implementing data-driven solutions. You will guide a team, develop strategies, and support various employment programs to create lasting social impact.

Key Responsibilities:



• Lead daily operations of Integrated Employment Services • Oversee development of operational plans and performance standards • Monitor program budgets and submit financial reports • Support data-driven case management approaches • Build a high-performing team aligned with strategic goals

Requirements: • 5+ years of leadership experience in the nonprofit sector • Undergraduate degree in Business Administration or Human Resources • 3+ years of experience managing teams in a unionized environment • Proven track record in change management • Experience with grant writing and funders reports
