Together, we collaborate with like-minded people and pursue bold ideas that elevate the flooring experienceUnder the direction of the Product Manager, the Sample Specialist is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of all Fuzion Flooring samples. This includes coordinating new product launches in partnership with Marketing, Supply Chain, Product Development, and external vendors to ensure launches are executed accurately, on time, and with all necessary tools in place to support sales success. The role also works closely with Operations to facilitate sample fabrication and ensures clear communication to internal teams regarding sample availability, timelines, and contents.Key Responsibilities:New Product LaunchPartner with product and technical teams to develop all sample specificationsWork with vendors to ensure timely and accurate sample productionAssist in the development of current merchandising formatsCreate and maintain all sample and display order formsCoordinate with vendors to create samples and artworkCoordinate with sales and operations to ensure sample deliveries to the fieldMonitor,



report and communicate recent launch status Sample Orders and FabricationProvide the sales force with responses to inquiries concerning product availability and anticipated delivery datesCoordinate with sales teams to accurate and on time fulfill commercial requirementsCollaborate with and maintain relationships with current and prospective vendorsEnsure accurate delivery information of all Purchase OrdersMaintain solid relationships with Fuzion vendors and participate in vendor meetings monthly/quarterlyShowroom/TradeshowsCoordinate the display of all products in the Fuzion Showrooms which requires making modifications for new and discontinued product changesCoordinate the mapping of all products in the showroomFacilitate the production and consolidation of tradeshow requirements supplied by sales, by keeping them aware of timelines, coordinating special requirements and working with Supply Chain to deliver on time and accuratelyKnowledge & Skills Required1-3 years of business or marketing experience within the flooring industryCollege diploma or undergraduate degree, preferably related to business & marketingExceptional collaboration skills with the ability to work cross-functionally across Product, Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations,
