This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly respected, multidisciplinary team working on global-scale projects across the full mining lifecycle.? Location: Western Canada preferred (flexible/remote options available)? Salary: $85,000 – $120,000 + competitive benefitsWhat You’ll Be DoingYou’ll play a key role within a hydrogeology team, supporting a wide range of projects from exploration through to operations and closure.- Plan and execute field programs,



including drilling and instrumentation- Install and operate deep groundwater monitoring systems (> 250m)- Conduct aquifer testing and data analysis- Develop conceptual hydrogeological models- Support water balance modelling and inflow assessments- Contribute to remediation strategies and engineering inputs- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and support junior staff- Prepare technical reports and client-facing deliverablesWhat We’re Looking For- 5+ years of hydrogeology or related experience- Background in mining, environmental, or geotechnical projects (preferred)- Degree in geology, engineering, hydrogeology, or a similar field- Strong communication and technical writing skills- Experience with deep instrumentation and fieldwork- Ability to work independently and travel as needed- Professional designation (or eligibility)Why This Role?- Work with industry experts on diverse, global projects- Strong team culture with a cooperative, non-hierarchical environment- Clear opportunities for career growth and development- Competitive compensation and potential for employee ownership
