The Resident Care

Manager, reporting to the Director of Care, oversees all aspects of resident care services. You will lead recruitment, conduct performance evaluations, and manage the resident move-in process according to AgeCare policies. Exceptional leadership and clinical skills are essential to ensure that the highest standards of care are consistently maintained. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee recruitment and orientation of care staff
Manage performance appraisals of nursing staff
Coordinate resident move-in and care conferences
Ensure completion of medication reconciliation
Assume managerial responsibilities in absence of leadership Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of clinical nursing experience
At least 5 years in a leadership role
Knowledge of provincial legislation and standards
Experience caring for residents with Dementia
