Supervise nursing and ancillary personnel effectively
Initiate and coordinate care plans with healthcare teams




Monitor patient care activities for quality assurance
Conduct rounds to assess patient needs and gather feedback
Manage staffing according to patient acuity and requirements

Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in nursing; Master’s preferred
Five years' nursing experience preferred
RN licensure in California required
BLS and ACLS certifications required
