Duties
Perform thorough cleaning of dining areas, kitchens, restrooms, and service stations to uphold high sanitation standards
Sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish floors regularly to maintain a pristine appearance
Sanitize tables, chairs, countertops, and kitchen equipment after each use or shift
Dispose of trash and recycling materials efficiently, ensuring proper waste management procedures are followed
Restock cleaning supplies and ensure all cleaning tools are maintained in excellent condition




Conduct routine inspections of the premises to identify areas needing additional attention or maintenance
Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to address any cleanliness or maintenance issues promptly

Experience
Prior experience in commercial cleaning or facilities maintenance is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates
Knowledge of cleaning techniques, sanitation standards, and safety protocols in a restaurant setting is advantageous
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness
Robust attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure all areas are consistently spotless
Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform cleaning tasks throughout shifts
