Duties
Perform professional massage therapy treatments tailored to each client's needs, focusing on relaxation, injury recovery, or pain management
Assess clients’ health history and discuss treatment goals to develop customized therapy plans
Maintain detailed records of treatments provided, progress notes, and client feedback
Educate clients on post-treatment care and recommend exercises or lifestyle adjustments when appropriate
Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable treatment workplace adhering to all health regulations




Communicate effectively with clients to understand their concerns and explain treatment procedures clearly
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals if necessary to support comprehensive patient care

Requirements
Valid registration and licensing as a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) in accordance with local regulatory bodies
Strong understanding of medical terminology related to musculoskeletal health and wellness
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
Proven customer service skills with a friendly, empathetic approach
Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times
Prior experience in a clinical or spa setting is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided if needed
