Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with their purchases, and maintaining a welcoming store setting. The ideal candidate will have a passion for retail and a strong desire to help customers find the products they need.

Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and ascertain their shopping needs.
Provide knowledgeable assistance regarding products and services.
Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the cash register.
Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor.
Assist in inventory management, including restocking shelves and conducting inventory counts.
Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly.




Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction.

Skills
Robust communication skills in English;
Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on providing outstanding customer service.
Ability to work effectively in a quick-paced workplace while maintaining attention to detail.
