Job Title: Residential Landscape Maintenance Labourer

Job Overview:

We are looking for a dependable and hardworking Residential Landscape Worker to join our team. This role focuses on maintaining and improving residential outdoor spaces. The ideal candidate has some hands-on experience in landscaping maintenance, a valid driver’s license, and is comfortable driving a truck with a trailer.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform lawn care tasks such as mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing
Maintain garden beds, including weeding, planting, mulching, and pruning
Operate and care for landscaping tools and equipment safely
Drive a company truck and trailer to and from job sites
Assist with loading and unloading equipment and materials
Complete seasonal clean-ups (spring and fall)
Apply fertilizers and basic lawn treatments as needed
Monitor property conditions and report any issues




Ensure all work meets company standards and client expectations

Requirements:
Valid driver’s license (required)
Experience driving a truck and trailer
Previous experience in residential landscaping maintenance
Ability to safely operate landscaping equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.)
Robust work ethic and attention to detail
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting and extended periods of standing
Reliable, punctual, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
