Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented HVAC Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential. This role requires a strong understanding of mechanical systems, construction practices, and schematics to ensure efficient and safe installations.

The HVAC Installer will work closely with clients and team members to deliver high-quality service and ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
Install HVAC systems according to manufacturer specifications, blueprints, and schematics in Current Homes
Assist with ductwork installation and system setup
Perform maintenance and repairs on existing HVAC units as needed
Collaborate with plumbing, electrical, and construction teams during installation projects
Communicate professionally with customers and team members
Ensure all work complies with safety standards and building codes
Maintain accurate documentation of work performed and materials used

Skills
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems
Mechanical aptitude with experience in appliance repair and general maintenance




Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals
Construction experience including working with various tools and equipment
Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a quick-paced environment
Valuable physical condition with the ability to lift heavy equipment and work in confined spaces

Requirements
Previous HVAC installation experience (preferred, not mandatory for helpers)
Basic knowledge of HVAC tools and materials
Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in tight spaces
Valid driver’s license (preferred)
Strong work ethic, punctual, and dependable
Ability to work independently or as part of a team
