Our member is looking for a 306A Licensed Residential & Commercial Service Plumber, to join their team in Mississauga, ON.

Job Title: 306A Licensed Service Plumber

Salary Range: To be determined by employer based on experience

Location: Mississauga, ON

Responsibilities
Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings
Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine the layout of plumbing systems
Assemble pipes and fittings using soldering techniques, compression fittings, and other joining methods
Perform heavy lifting and manual labor as required for plumbing installations
Collaborate with other tradespeople, such as carpenters and electricians, to ensure productive project completion
Conduct inspections of plumbing systems to identify and resolve issues or potential problems
Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and answering questions

Qualifications
Solid mechanical knowledge and aptitude for working with tools and equipment




Minimum of 3 years of experience as a plumber or in a related field
Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
Ability to work independently or as part of a team to complete projects on time
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot plumbing issues effectively
Basic math skills for measuring, calculating pipe lengths, and determining angles
Knowledge of local plumbing codes and regulations
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including heavy lifting and working in tight spaces
Experience with welding is a plus
