This role will focus on delivering person-centered nursing in a cooperative setting, requiring solid assessment skills and the ability to educate patients effectively. You will engage in direct patient care while ensuring quality health management and rehabilitation. Key Responsibilities:
Perform patient assessments and develop care plans
Coordinate care delivery within the health care team
Provide education to patients and families on health issues
Maintain accurate medical documentation
Participate in nursing committees and initiatives Requirements:
Graduation from a nursing program approved by the Canadian Nurses' Association
Registration with BCCNM
Minimum two years in cardiac prevention and rehabilitation
Valid BCLS and ACLS certifications
