Health (VCH) is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join the Bone Marrow Transplant (BMT) Day Care team. This role emphasizes patient-centered care, collaborating with healthcare specialists, and enhancing the quality of care provided to patients. You will primarily focus on nursing assessments, patient instruction, and supporting family involvement during treatment. Key Responsibilities:
Assess and evaluate patient conditions effectively
Educate patients on treatment processes and care
Engage with multi-disciplinary teams for holistic care




Participate in essential committees and research efforts
Effectively communicate with staff and community agencies Requirements:
Current registration with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives
At least two years' experience in related fields
Solid knowledge of nurse standards and practices
