Compensation: $60 flat rate per turnover (standard projects are approximately 3 hours)

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Airbnb Turnover Cleaner with a reliable vehicle to support short-term rental properties on a casual contract basis.

This role is ideal for someone who understands that Airbnb cleaning is guest-focused and requires both cleaning excellence and robust communication.

Responsibilities:
Complete turnover cleans between guest check-out and check-in
Clean and sanitize kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas
Change linens and reset the space to guest-ready standards
Restock supplies as instructed
Conduct a full inspection of the property before and after each clean
Take and submit before and after photos/videos for quality control and documentation
Report damages, missing items, maintenance concerns, or inventory shortages immediately
Follow cleaning checklists and turnover instructions

Requirements:
Previous Airbnb, short-term rental, hotel, or housekeeping experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and consistency
Reliable transportation and punctuality




Comfortable using a smartphone to document and submit photos/videos
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Flexible availability including weekdays, weekends, and occasional short-notice bookings

Compensation Notes:
Standard turnover projects are paid at $60 flat rate (approximately 3 hours)
Projects expected to require 4 hours will be communicated in advance and compensated accordingly
If inspection photos/videos show that a property requires additional cleaning beyond standard turnover scope, additional compensation may be approved prior to proceeding
