A luxury boutique hotel is seeking a Rooms Division Manager to oversee Front Desk and Housekeeping, ensuring a seamless, high-touch guest experience. This is a hands-on leadership role with full ownership of the rooms division, focused on service excellence, operational discipline, and team performance. Responsibilities Oversee all Front Desk and Housekeeping operations, ensuring consistency and efficiency across the rooms division Deliver and maintain a high-touch guest experience aligned with luxury service standards Lead, coach, and hold accountable department heads and their teams Establish and maintain SOPs, conduct regular inspections, and ensure operational excellence Monitor guest feedback and resolve issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels Manage departmental budgets, labour, and cost controls while maintaining service standards Drive rooms performance including occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR Collaborate with senior leadership on operational direction and continuous improvement initiatives Ensure compliance with health, safety,



and security standards Qualifications 5+ years of experience in Rooms Division or hotel operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership role Experience in a luxury or premium hotel setting strongly preferred Strong understanding of Front Office and Housekeeping operations Experience with PMS systems and revenue management principles Proven ability to lead teams in a high-performance, service-driven environment Skills & Attributes Strong leadership presence with the ability to drive accountability High attention to detail and commitment to service excellence Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Clear and professional communication Compensation $65,000 – $85,000 base salary, commensurate with experience Benefits package including health spending plan and additional perks Note Candidates must be legally eligible to work in Canada. #J-18808-Ljbffr
