Registered Massage Therapist Part-Time

We are seeking a motivated, skilled and client-focused Registered Massage Therapist to join our clinic in North York.

Responsibilities
Conduct thorough client assessments to understand individual needs and develop tailored massage plans
Provide safe, effective and professional massage therapy treatment.
Educate clients on treatment plans, after care, and home care recommendations.
Ensure all treatments adhere to health and safety standards, including proper sanitation and hygiene practices
Keep detailed records of client treatments, progress notes, and treatment plans for future reference
Educate clients on self-care practices and recommend appropriate follow-up sessions or referrals if necessary
Stay current with industry best practices and participate in ongoing professional development

Qualifications




Valid registration and licensure as a Massage Therapist from the appropriate regulatory body
Strong knowledge of medical terminology related to musculoskeletal health and wellness
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming and relaxing environment for clients
Effective communication skills to clearly explain treatment procedures and address client concerns
Prior experience in a clinical or spa setting is preferred.
Ability to work independently while maintaining a team-oriented attitude
Valid qualified liability insurance
