Hiring FEMALE RMT

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Massage Therapist to join our clinic. The ideal candidate will provide skilled massage services that promote relaxation, relieve tension, and support overall health and well-being. This role requires excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach to ensure a positive experience for all clients.

Duties
Perform a variety of massage techniques tailored to individual client needs, including Swedish, deep tissue, and therapeutic massage.
Assess client conditions and discuss treatment goals to develop personalized massage plans.
Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace in accordance with health and safety standards.
Keep detailed records of treatments provided and client preferences.
Educate clients on self-care practices and recommend follow-up treatments as appropriate.
Ensure excellent customer service by creating a welcoming workplace and addressing client inquiries professionally.




Stay current with industry trends, techniques, and continuing education requirements.

Requirements
Valid state licensure or certification as a Massage Therapist.
Knowledge of medical terminology related to health conditions treated through massage therapy.
Robust customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients.
Excellent communication skills to explain treatment procedures and address client concerns clearly.
Ability to maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and a caring attitude at all times.
Prior experience in a clinical or spa setting is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided if necessary.
A genuine interest in promoting health and wellness through massage therapy.

Pay: $50.00-$55.00 per hour
