Senior ERP Project Manager – Digital Transformation

Location: Vancouver, BC (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)

Salary: $110,000–$130,000 + Performance Bonus

We're seeking an experienced Senior ERP Project Manager to lead a large-scale cloud ERP implementation and drive enterprise-wide digital transformation. This is an exciting chance to play a key role in a multi-year technology modernization initiative with robust executive support and significant organizational impact.

What You'll Do
Lead the end-to-end delivery of a cloud-based ERP implementation.
Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communications.
Partner with business leaders to gather requirements and drive organizational change.
Coordinate vendors, implementation partners, and cross-functional teams.
Establish project governance, reporting, and project management best practices.
Support data migration, business process improvements,



and enterprise technology transformation initiatives.

What We're Looking For
5+ years of Project Management experience leading complex enterprise technology initiatives.
Proven experience delivering end-to-end ERP implementations (Dynamics 365, NetSuite, SAP Business One, or similar).
Experience managing data migration and transformation projects.
Robust stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills.
Experience working with Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid project delivery methodologies.
Experience with organizational change management and cross-functional collaboration.
Knowledge of Salesforce or another cloud CRM platform is considered an asset.
PMP certification is preferred.
