Job Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Registered Early Childhood Educators & and Assistants to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will play a vital part in creating a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom atmosphere. Your energy and leadership will inspire children’s learning experiences while ensuring their well-being and development are prioritized.

Responsibilities
Plan and implement engaging educational activities tailored to children's developmental stages
Support children with daily routines, including meals, naps, and hygiene practices
Foster positive relationships with children, families, and team members through clear communication
Monitor and document children's progress, behavior, and special needs using organizational skills
Assist in creating a welcoming classroom environment that promotes safety and exploration




Collaborate with colleagues to develop individualized plans for children with disabilities or special education needs
Maintain accurate records of attendance, incident reports, and other administrative tasks using computer skills

Experience:
Previous experience working with children in early childhood settings or classrooms is highly preferred
Experience working with individuals with disabilities or in special education environments is an asset
Bilingual abilities in English and French are desirable to support diverse families
Robust communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and team members
Knowledge of early childhood education principles, teaching strategies, and classroom management techniques
Proficiency in computer operation for record keeping and documentation purposes
Demonstrated time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently
Leadership qualities that encourage teamwork and foster a positive learning environment

Pay: $19.00-$26.00 per hour
