We are currently hiring for the following positions:

Medical Receptionist / Optometric Technician (Pretesting/Frame Stylist)

Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist patients with a friendly, professional attitude
Schedule appointments and answer phones
Verify patient information
Perform preliminary vision testing and diagnostic pretesting
Maintain accurate patient records
Support the doctor and clinical team to ensure efficient patient flow
Help patients select frames and lenses that fit their lifestyle and style
Educate patients on lens options and eyewear products
Adjust, fit, and dispense eyewear
Process optical orders and assist with inventory
Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the patient experience
