Overview

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team. The ideal candidate is patient-focused, detail-oriented, and committed to providing high-quality preventative dental care while promoting optimal oral health.

Availability
Saturdays

Key Responsibilities
Perform dental cleanings (scaling and root planning) and periodontal maintenance.
Conduct oral health assessments including periodontal charting and intraoral examinations.
Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays).
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices, including brushing, flossing, and preventative care.
Apply preventive treatments such as fluoride and sealants.
Assist dentists in identifying and diagnosing oral health conditions.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and treatment notes.
Ensure strict adherence to infection prevention and sterilization protocols.
Review medical histories and identify allergies or medical alerts prior to treatment.




Provide exceptional patient care and help create a comfortable, welcoming setting.

Qualifications
Registered Dental Hygienist license in Ontario and in good standing with the College of Dental Hygienists of Ontario.
Diploma or degree in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program.
Current CPR / First Aid certification.
Knowledge of dental software and digital charting systems.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Part time Pay: $45.00-$55.00 per hour
