Be a driving force in advancing sustainability as the Regional Manager for the Fraser Basin Council in Greater Vancouver. Manage and innovate key eco-certification programs within a hybrid work model. This permanent role focuses on enhancing sustainability efforts in the Greater Vancouver – Sea to Sky Region, emphasizing collaboration among diverse stakeholders.

You will oversee the successful implementation and development of programs like Salmon-Safe BC while ensuring alignment with organizational strategies for the environment. Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement sustainability initiatives across the region
Facilitate effective collaboration among stakeholders
Manage budgets for eco-certification and related programs
Recruit and lead program staff, interns, and volunteers
Identify and cultivate funding opportunities for projects Requirements:
Degree in environmental or urban planning
Significant experience in project management
Robust interpersonal and communication abilities
Familiarity with land use challenges in BC
