Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and create nutritious meal menus
• Cook and serve meals for special dietary needs
• Oversee kitchen cleanliness and equipment maintenance
• Purchase and manage food inventories
• Execute other cooking tasks as assigned
Requirements:
• Minimum Grade 10 and institutional cooking certification
• At least one year of relevant work experience
• Familiarity with mental health and substance use issues
• Robust technical and interpersonal cooking skills
• Capability to manage responsibilities in a demanding setting
