Project Manager – Custom Millwork / Cabinetry

We are a small custom millwork and cabinetry company looking for a hands-on Project Manager to manage projects from start to finish.

Main Responsibilities
Manage multiple millwork and cabinetry projects at the same time
Review drawings, measurements, materials and project requirements
Plan projects and coordinate production schedules
Coordinate with shop staff, installers, suppliers and subcontractors
Order and track materials
Communicate with customers and provide project updates
Visit job sites when required
Make sure projects are completed on time and within budget
Track project costs, changes and additional work
Solve problems that come up during production or installation
Follow up on deficiencies and make sure projects are fully completed
Help organize daily shop and project workflow
Assist with estimating,



quoting and current project prospects when required

What We Are Looking For
Experience in millwork, cabinetry, construction or a similar industry
Good understanding of drawings, measurements and installation
Experienced in CAD and kitchen design software
Solid organization and communication skills
Able to manage several projects at once
Comfortable working independently and making decisions
Practical, hands-on approach to solving problems
Reliable and responsible

This position is best suited for someone who understands the full process of a millwork project — from drawings and materials through production, installation and final completion. Pay: $60,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
