Your main responsibility will be to ensure high-quality resident care by effectively managing nursing teams and health practices within regulatory frameworks. You will work collaboratively to promote resident satisfaction and continuous improvement in service delivery. Key Responsibilities:
Implement resident satisfaction and quality improvement initiatives
