RCDHU is looking for a Director of Corporate Services to enhance public health programs across Pembroke, Ontario. This role requires a strategic leader adept in finance, human resources, and technology management. You will collaborate with the senior leadership team at RCDHU to strengthen the delivery of essential public health services.

Candidates should have a minimum of five years in progressive roles and experience with labour relations. Communication skills and familiarity with SAGE accounting software and relevant legislation are key for this position. Key Responsibilities:
Direct human resources and manage labour relations
Oversee financial operations and procurement processes
Manage property and technology support systems




Promote quality public health program execution
Collaborate on strategic initiatives with other leaders Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent
Chartered Qualified Accountant (CPA) designation is desirable
Five years of leadership experience in related fields
Proficient in Microsoft 365 and accounting software
Knowledge of Ontario Public Health Standards Lead RCDHU in delivering exemplary public health solutions while managing corporate services effectively.
