As a critical driver of improvement initiatives, you will collaborate with product development, engineering, operational teams, and support functions to navigate complex projects towards completion. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement long-term strategic initiatives for the mill
Use business judgment to transform strategic vision into projects
Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for project studies




Lead cross-functional teams from onset through implementation
Communicate progress to senior leadership, aligning with priorities Requirements:
Engineering degree and P. Eng certification required
Minimum of 10 years in construction or project management
Proven project management skills with accountability
