This pivotal role leverages your extensive knowledge in Occupational Health and Safety to design, implement, and evaluate wellness programs tailored to medical personnel. Engage with various stakeholders to foster collaboration and ensure programs are culturally protected and inclusive. Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement Medical Staff Wellness strategies
Evaluate programs for psychological health effectiveness

Bachelor's degree in Psychology or Health Promotion
Over 5 years in Psychological Health and Safety
Previous clinical experience is advantageous
