Summary
We are seeking a dedicated RPN Clinical Placement Coordinator to join our team in the United States. This vital role involves coordinating clinical placements for nursing students, ensuring they gain valuable hands-on experience aligned with their educational goals. Join us in shaping the future of healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities
Coordinate clinical placement schedules for nursing students to ensure timely and effective placements.
Liaise with healthcare facilities and preceptors to facilitate student integration.
Maintain accurate records of student placements and related documentation.
Support students throughout their clinical experiences, addressing any issues that arise.
Collaborate with academic staff to align placements with curriculum requirements.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and accreditation standards.
Assist in the development of new clinical partnerships to expand placement opportunities.
Qualifications
Proven experience in coordinating clinical placements or similar roles within healthcare education.
Robust understanding of nursing education and clinical requirements.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to build relationships with healthcare facilities and academic institutions.
Knowledge of healthcare regulations and safety standards.
Preferred: Experience working with Registered Practical Nurses (RPNs) or similar healthcare professionals.
Preferred: Previous experience in a college or educational setting.
