Manage care for geriatric and general medicine patients
Collaborate on care planning with multidisciplinary teams
Document patient care efficiently via computerized systems
Engage in committees and project teams as required
Provide mentorship for recent hires and nursing students Requirements:
Valid RN registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
Required BCLS certification
At least 2 years of medical/surgical nursing experience
Excellent communication and organizational skills
