Pool Server – Boathouse Bar & Kitchen

This position is based indoors but will require service outside at our mineral baths.

The Boathouse Bar & Kitchen is our outdoor bar that services our seaside mineral baths. This outlet offers a select food menu as well as alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Servers in this outlet should expect to work outdoors. Prior service experience is preferred. Servers are expected to maintain a gracious manner with all guests and uphold our high level of service.

This role requires full time availability, with flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities:
Provide food & beverage service to all guests of the Boathouse Kitchen & Bar
Motivate and engage team members to consistently deliver the best possible service to guests
Resolve guest concerns efficiently and courteously
Welcome guests to the Boathouse and ensure they are registered guests
All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
Serving it Right certification required
Previous serving or bartending experience preferred
Highly organized, goal and results oriented




Ability to execute plans and manage change effectively.
Effective decision-making abilities coupled with sound judgment.
Evening and weekend availability required.
