Responsibilities:
Assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating patient care.
Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Monitoring and documenting patient vital signs and medical records.
Communicating with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure proper coordination of care.
Providing education and support to patients and their families.
Ensuring a safe and healthy environment for patients, families, and healthcare team members.

Requirements:




Active nursing license (DOH/MOH/DHA).
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or equivalent.
Solid knowledge of nursing practices and standards.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic workplace.
